After a phase of intensive restructuring, Wegener + Stapel becomes part of the AFT Group under the umbrella of CERTINA Holding. Since January 2020, we have been operating as Wegener + Stapel GmbH & Co. KG and benefit from the combined expertise of an internationally oriented intralogistics network.

Manfred W. Schleicher takes over the company as principal shareholder together with Dennso AG, Hamburg. This partnership strengthens expertise and innovative power.
