(1) Existing customer relationships and industry experience in the automotive, production, and distribution sectors form the foundation for our continued successful corporate development.

We are proud of these customer relationships and partnerships – but we know that this was only possible thanks to our high standards for the quality of our products and solutions.

(2) We view our company as part of our society and therefore assume responsibility for our employees and their health and family needs. Furthermore, our business activities are always consistent with ethical principles such as religion, gender, beliefs, or age. Fairness, reliability, and sustainability are paramount. Our business activities and actions are conducted in strict compliance with the legal framework and the fundamental principles of the ILO (International Labour Organization).

We reject profit at the expense of these principles.

We fulfill our responsibility for the environment in the manufacture and procurement of our products, paying attention to environmentally friendly and resource-saving manufacturing processes, the use and application of energy-efficient technologies, and product development geared towards longevity.

(3) Our slogan "Wegener + Stapel ... the ones with the plus" is our constant motivation to always offer our customers and partners something more than they expect. This can only be achieved with a competent and motivated team of employees. Therefore, the qualification and further training of our employees is at the heart of our mission statement.

(4) Wegener + Stapel designs and implements high-quality, cost-effective conveyor and logistics systems for use in production and distribution logistics. Our solutions and systems are characterized by their high quality and sustainable efficiency.

(5) "The best is the enemy of the good!" The famous philosopher Voltaire already recognized this insight at the beginning of the 18th century. This still holds true today and is, not least, crucial to our company's success in plant engineering and systems integration.

(6) This can only be achieved if we act both profitably and sustainably.
