There will be a change in the management of Wegener + Stapel GmbH & Co. KG as of 1 April:
Marc Leverenz is stepping down as Managing Director on 31 March 2026. We would like to thank him for his dedication and the work he has done over the past years, and wish him all the best for the future and every success in his new role.
From 1 April, Heiko Hofmann, who was previously co-managing director, will take over sole management and is now available as the new contact person. You can find his contact details on our website under ‘Contact’.

New order from MBN...
Maschinenbaubetriebe Neugersdorf GmbH has commissioned W+S to supply and install mechanical conveyor elements for a conveyor system for the integration of the VW e-Crafter at the VW plant in Wrzesnia. Delivery will begin in summer 2026.

Something new in our team
On 01.09.2024, we bid farewell to our esteemed colleague Mr Ronald Koßyk after almost 9 years of service in sales and distribution. We would like to thank him for his tireless commitment and wish him good health and happiness in his new phase of life.
At the same time, we would like to welcome Mr Dennis Elsing to the sales team as his successor. We look forward to working with Dennis Elsing to successfully shape the future of Wegener + Stapel GmbH & Co. KG together with Dennis Elsing.
New order from the Volkswagen Group
Volkswagen AG has commissioned Wegener + Stapel to supply a conveyor system for the commissioning of drive sets at the Wolfsburg plant.
The scope of the order includes 2 construction stages.
- Completion of 1st construction stage in October 2023
- Completion of 2nd construction phase in January 2024
